Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Drop hardcoded libgtk-3-0 dependency; gir1.2-gtk-3.0 gets the right one
  * Drop hardcoded libgtk-3-0 dependency; gir1.2-gtk-3.0 gets the right one
  * No-change rebuild against libgtk-3-0t64

Explicit dependency on libgtk-3-0 was removed
