Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Add patch to use update over update_attributes.
  * Add patch to use update over update_attributes.
  * Add patch to use update over update_attributes.
  * Add patch to use update over update_attributes.
  * Add patch to use update over update_attributes.
  * Add patch to use update over update_attributes.

Debian has included all the Ubuntu-specific changes in 2.0.3-2.
