Title:
black autopkgtest fails because python3-typed-ast no longer in archive

Status in black package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress
Status in python-click package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in black package in Debian:
  Unknown

Bug description:
  src:black declares a dependency on python3-typed-ast in d/test/control
; but python3-typed-ast was dropped from the archive.

The AST library is provided by the standard library nowadays so there
is no need for an external package.

In black 22.10.0-2, the dependency was dropped from d/control but not
  from d/test/control
