Please sync lgogdownloader 3.14-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
  * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
  * No-change rebuild against libcurl3t64-gnutls
  * No-change rebuild against libtinyxml2-10
  * No-change rebuild for boost defaults change.

All changelog entries are no-change rebuild. Presumably syncing of newer
versions is blocked by ubuntu suffix instead of build suffix in the
version number.

Changelog entries since current oracular version 3.12-1ubuntu4:

lgogdownloader (3.14-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Build-depend on pkgconf instead of pkg-config.

lgogdownloader (3.13-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release, adding support for Qt6 and replacing libhtmlcxx
    with libtidy.
  * Standards-Version 4.7.0, no change required.
  * Drop obsolete version requirement on libjsoncpp-dev.
