Status in hart-software-services package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  v2024.01.1 is the newest release of hart-software-services.

  We only package the hart payload generator. Here most changes are
  purely cosmetic.

  The only change to logic is:

      fix(hss-payload-generator): use ELF entry address
      
      When including an ELF file into a payload, use its linked
      entry point, and ignore any entry point specified in YAML.
