[ Impact ]

OpenSBI 1.4 is already available in Oracular and Noble but u-boot-nezha
still uses OpenSBI 1.3.

The current FTBFS can be fixed by replacing the python3-distutils build
dependency by python3-setuptools.

Install our preinstalled image on the Nezha D1 board.

Use test plan https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu-manual-
tests/tree/testcases/image/1755_Install%20Nezha .

[ Where problems could occur ]

The u-boot source package was already build with OpenSBI 1.4 and worked
fine on all supported RISC-V boards.

A defective OpenSBI may lead to boot failure or failure to reboot.
