[Impact]

The version in oracular provides some bug fixes needed when building
with the combination of LLVM and Meson. A different build flag is used
in that case to select the linker, CC_LD vs LD, and the update takes
that into account.

Backport version 0.15 from oracular to noble-backports

[Other Info]

The existing package in this source is unchanged, and an earlier backport already ships in noble-backports, so it is a minor update to an already backported package.
No changes are needed, just a dch --bpo changelog entry with the appropriate version, such as:

package-notes (0.15~bpo24.04.1) noble-backports; urgency=medium
