Thanks Nathan, I've done those tweaks

- set the revision to 0ubuntu1, -1 was already used in Oracular
- added the bug number reference to the changelog
- removed an extra space between the uploader email and update timestamp which was making dch complain about a parsing error

it's uploaded to the Noble review queue now
