[Bug 2072516] [NEW] autopkgtests fail with version 8.4.1-1 on oracular

Currently, both tests under debian/test fail on oracular [1].

Whilst "standalone" fails because a warning appears on stderr, "with-
puppetserver" fails because the contents of a configuration file
couldn't be parsed.
