Mate Kukri has proposed merging ~mkukri/ubuntu/+source/kannel:merge into ubuntu/+source/kannel:debian/sid.

Commit message:
Merge with Debian sid.
* Rebased single Ubuntu change (MySQL 8 still looks relevant).
* Local test build is okay.
