[Mate Kukri]

Mate Kukri has proposed merging ~mkukri/ubuntu/+source/fontconfig:merge into ubuntu/+source/fontconfig:debian/sid.

Commit message:
Merge with Debian sid. This is a rather trivial rebase of the previous git-ubuntu delta.

PPA testbuild here: https://launchpad.net/~mkukri/+archive/ubuntu/dev/+packages

Tested to work fine in a local VM with Noble desktop.
