Correct: usbio fix doesn't use backport-include trick, and usbio is only
used for kernels >= 6.5, so comment #3 is invalid, and the fix is fine.

  Linux upstream v6.8-rcX introduces a few API changes, inclusive of:

  * d26270061ae6 string: Remove strlcpy()
    - It should be replaced by strscpy introduced in v4.3, commit 30035e45753b ("string: provide strscpy()")
