[Bug 2091544] [NEW] malcontent-gui could not show in 'Show Apps'

On 24.04, after installing the malcontent-gui 0.11.1~1ubuntu1, I could
not find this application in 'Show Apps'.

And there is
/usr/share/applications/org.freedesktop.MalcontentControl.desktop file,
there is one item "NotShowIn=GNOME;" to not show it.
