SRU justification seems a bit light, but this is basically a HW
enablement request. So seems OK. Maybe you want to improve the SRU
justification/impact a little bit, while waiting for SRU review?

The changes match what we have in Plucky today and the proposed (but
still unmerged!) upstream changes from https://github.com/intel/usbio-
drivers/pull/29. One of the patches states "Change is a W/A. Full
investigation for root cause still pending.", which reads a bit
concerning, but considering this seems to be working fine in Plucky, I'm
OK with that.

Two little nitpicks, which I fixed for you (but please consider them next time around):
- adding [DEP3] Origin-Headers to the patches, e.g.: "Origin: upstream, https://github.com/intel/usbio-drivers/pull/29"
- choosing a proper [version] string for SRU: 0~git202408092230.70c524c5-0ubuntu1.1

[DEP3] https://dep-team.pages.debian.net/deps/dep3/
[version] https://github.com/canonical/ubuntu-maintainers-handbook/blob/main/VersionStrings.md#version-adding-a-change-in-ubuntu-as-a-stable-release-update

Sponsored for Oracular, pending SRU review. I'm unsubscribing ~ubuntu-sponsors.

Oh no, looks like this already got sponsored on 2024-10-30 without any comment... So now we have it in the queue twice. Still pending SRU review.
