Bug description:

  html_formfu_dumpconf.pl fails to run with the error:

  $ html_formfu_dumpconf.pl
  Can't locate Regexp/Assemble.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Regexp::Assemble module) (@INC entries checked: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.38.2 /usr/local/share/perl/5.38.2 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.38 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.38 /usr/share/perl/5.38 /usr/local/lib/site_perl) at /usr/bin/html_formfu_dumpconf.pl line 7.
  BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/html_formfu_dumpconf.pl line 7.

  [ Test Plan ]

  1. install libhtml-formfu-perl
  2. execute html_formfu_dumpconf.pl to check if the error is fixed.
  3. For a complete test, use the conf file from example.

  html_formfu_dumpconf.pl /usr/share/doc/libhtml-formfu-
  perl/examples/unicode/root/forms/view.conf

  [ Where problems could occur ]

  There is no change in code and it only fixes the runtime dependency so
  that html_formfu_dumpconf.pl find everything it needs. And, so the
  chances of a regression is very less for this change.

  [ Other Info ]

  It has been fixed in Debian so the next development version will be
  fixed when its synced with Debian.
