I noticed with the most recent security update to Django, autopkgtests failed for django-mailman3 -

This is due to the update to python-tz that removes legacy timezones, leading to a failed test. By updating the outdated timezone in the upstream test suite to an equivalent existing one, autopkgtest is fixed.

The upload for this fix can wait till beta testing is over if needed
