Bug description:
  This is a new upstream release which supports llvm-16. llvm-defaults
  has been pointed to llvm-16, so ccls will FTBFS without this new
  version.

  0.20230717-1 has been uploaded to Debian, and tested in PPA
  https://launchpad.net/~zhsj/+archive/ubuntu/ccls/+packages

  Changes between 0.20220729-2 -> 0.20230717-1:

  It only contains 6 commits, 5 of them are adapting new llvm versions.
  1 is new feature, which adds callHierarchy in the language server.

  The changes are very minimal, and not affect other packages.
