Title:
  Sync falcosecurity-libs 0.11.3+repack-1 (universe) from Debian
  unstable (main)

Status in falcosecurity-libs package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Please sync falcosecurity-libs 0.11.3+repack-1 (universe) from Debian
  unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Support Linux 6.2 (LP: #2023644)
      - debian/patches/fix-linux-6.3.patch
    * Support Linux 6.2 (LP: #2009505)
      - debian/patches/fix-linux-6.2-struct-class.patch
    * Support Linux 6.2 (LP: #2009505)
      - debian/patches/fix-linux-6.2-struct-class.patch

  Debian has an up-to-date upstream version that already contains all of the above
  FTBFS fixes (and nativaly supports Mantic 6.5 kernel).

  Changelog entries since current mantic version
  0.1.1dev+git20220316.e5c53d64-5.1ubuntu3:

  falcosecurity-libs (0.11.3+repack-1) unstable; urgency=medium

    * New upstream release (Closes: #1034881, #1037646)
      - The libscap, libsinsp shared object split into subcomponent libraries

      - Headers shipped into /usr/include/falcosecurity and not
        /usr/include/falcosecurity-libs to conform with upstream
