Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Disable Lomiri features so ayatana-indicator-datetime can build on
    Ubuntu.

Lomiri packages being disabled are now in Ubuntu and this delta is not
needed anymore.

  * New upstream release.
    - Fix playing custom alarm sounds set up via lomiri-clock-app.
      (Closes: #1037330).
