The version 0.8.8+dfsg1-1.1 uploaded in Debian added the GHNC patch that we had in 0.8.8+dfsg1-1ubuntu2 in Ubuntu. We can drop this patch from the delta. The remaining patch (i.e., disabling the tests that require Internet access in autopkgtests) must be kept in Ubuntu.
