How do you propose this to be tested in jammy? The bug is "tp-smapi dkms
does not build with kernel 6.4". Testing that it keeps building with the
current jammy kernels does not show the bug is fixed.

  Low, the buildifx is an upstream cherrypick and it's conditionally
  compiled only if Linux >= 6.4.
