Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Increase sleep between spawning sessions and counting them to prevent
    autopkgtest failues (LP: #1921952)

The change is merged by upstream https://github.com/bugsnag/bugsnag-go/commit/698874e0de9d44479ad560c0943776e08538a4a9
And is presented in v1.9.1 and later.
