Bug description:
  Please sync mold 2.3.1+dfsg-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Drop build-dependency on libtbb-dev.  The build system isn't using it,
      so don't have a wrong build-dependency here that causes onetbb to be
      pulled in pointlessly on i386.

  This change was incorporated in Debian.

  The new package builds fine on Ubuntu (although I haven't tested riscv):
