Quite a few changes needed to be made for our patch set. This is mostly due to debian changing d/rules by quite a bit. Just for ease of review I'll add some comments about what I personally modified from our commits.

- d/multipath.conf: Install friendly names multipath.conf by default:
    had to move where in d/rules the multipath.conf was copied to
- Remove d/initramfs/local-top:
    Moved debian/initramfs/local-top to debian/initramfs/scripts/local-top/multipath to conform to new debhelper functionality
    No need to touch d/rules anymore (yay!)
- multipath initramfs fixes for booting from multipathed devices:
    No need to touch d/rules anymore because of debhelper (yay!)
- Split kpartx initramfs bits into kpartx-boot for dmraid:
    Moved debian/initramfs/kpartx.hook -> debian/kpartx-initramfs/hooks/kpartx
    Created debian/kpartx-boot.install
    No need to touch d/rules anymore
- Don't build the multipath-tools binary package on i386; only kpartx:
    d/rules functionality for skipping packages was moved, so I created new functions override_dh_builddeb and override_dh_gencontrol
