  (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Skip tests that rely on files in the "data" directory, as this directy is
      reserved in golang autopkgtests in ubuntu

    The autopkgtest has been fixed in 0.0~git20181029.ca9f730-3, with
  different approach.
