The changelog is a bit malformed.  See the previous entries for how they should be formatted.  Also, I suggest, instead of rephrasing the "remaining changes" for stuff we have kept, to quote them literally.  It's harder to scan this changelog entry against the previous as I have to look at how the entries have been combined.

Thanks for pointing out the translation delta in the Remaining changes, as it is a real change but not called out.  Please keep that part.

It's interesting that the outstanding translation delta is this small.  Do you mind investigating this difference?  Would be nice to upstream to Debian if it isn't yet, then future uploads can have less delta.
