The changes in Keyboard/KeyboardNames.pl were introduced by running
dpkg-buildpackage -S -sa -d.

I will look into it again.

Status in console-setup package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The Debian package has been upgraded to release 1.222. According to
  the changelog this is just a rebuild.

  Rebuilding will update the keyboard names.
