[Bug 2004156] [NEW] Please rebuild 5.101.0-0ubuntu1 against zxing-cpp 1.4

zxing 1.4 ships libzxing2 as a replacement for libzxingcore1.

prison-kf5 should be rebuilt against the new zxing to drop the
dependency on lizxingcore1.
