Title:
  Sync gvmd 22.4.2-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in gvmd package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Please sync gvmd 22.4.2-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * No-change rebuild against libgvm22
    * No change rebuild for PostgreSQL 15
    * Fix build by fixing how gpgme is detected by cmake (Closes: #1024810).

  The gpgme patch is now included in the Debian package.
