It just adds fakeroot as dependency of the autopkgtest-pkg-perl test.

It's happening probably because fakeroot was dropped from the dependency list of devscripts: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/702359416/devscripts_2.23.6build1_2.23.7.diff.gz
