[Merge] ~adam-retter/uvtool:emu-riscv64 into uvtool:main

Since the above made me think of dependencies.

I realized that nothing of "opensbi" is in the libvirt-xml and the resulting qemu commandline.
Hence you could drop "opensbi" from your blog and we do not need to ask Robie to consider it here for dependencies in d/control.

In a commandline use of qemu I'd expect -bios /usr/lib/riscv64-linux-gnu/opensbi/generic/fw_jump.elf but it isn't there and actually works fine without :-)

Could you please retry the same and if so adapt accordingly (or tell me where I'm wrong)?
