  Picom-conf is "a configuration tool for [sic] X composite manager
  picom." It would be helpful in Lubuntu, as we ship picom by default.

  This is more of an "intent to package" bug - I am going to be
  uploading the packaging to Lubuntu's Git instance shortly and asking
  for sponsorship.
