If the intent is to backport this fix to jammy then it should say jammy rather than lunar in the above line.

Also, the version should probably be more like 5.5.0+dfsg-1ubuntu0.1 although since it looks like this package was deleted from jammy (presumably due to this issue?) the rules on that might be different, I'm not sure.
