[Bug 2020007] [NEW] cinnamon-settings-daemon Recommends: pulseaudio which conflicts with pipewire

The cinnamon-settings-daemon package has a Recommends: on pulseaudio,
which conflicts with pipewire.  pipewire is part of the ubuntucinnamon
seed.

Up to now, the Recommends: has been silently discarded when building
images.  A refactor of livecd-rootfs now makes it stricter about
ensuring the expected Recommends are included.  As a result,
ubuntucinnamon images in mantic will begin to fail to build until the
references to pulseaudio are removed.
