Bug description:
  Debian has provided a new version 4.7.6-1 for python-exchangelib. We
  cannot adopt it directly because the content of
  https://raw.githubusercontent.com/unicode-
  org/cldr/master/common/supplemental/windowsZones.xml has changed in
  the meanwhile. We need to drop patch d/p/0002-add-kyiv.patch.
