[Bug 1998144] [NEW] Missing Support for GPG encrpytion

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Heinrich Schuchardt (xypron):

My passwords are in a gpg encrypted wallet.

With version 5.98.0-0ubuntu1 I can open the wallet.

With version 5.100.0-0ubuntu2 the wallet cannot be opened and the
kwalletmanager application cannot create a new gpg encrypted wallet.

Please, restore the funcitonality.
