[Bug 1976164] [NEW] [SRU] Backintime in Jammy not launching because of error with python 3.10

Backintime don't start, this is caused by an error with python 3.10 that make it crash on start.

Applied only the specific commit from upstream that fix it to have it uploaded and accepted as soon as possible (in theory), patch attached here.

Simply start backintime from desktop icon or cli

[Where problems could occur]
FWIK the issue happen always trying to start backintime
