  [Where problems could occur]
  There is no xlnx-default-bitstreams on jammy

  [Test Case]
  The default bistreams in xlnx-default-bitstreams will enable fan control function on AMD-Xilinx Kria boards. Check if fan control function can work on Kria AMD-Xilinx boards.

  [Regression Potential]
  There is no xlnx-default-bitstreams on jammy. So, there is no regression issue.
