This autopackagetest problem is still evident.
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=986844 has been
ignored by Debian maintainers.
As ranger is again blocking other packages we should go ahead and fix it
in Ubuntu first.

Title:
autopkgtests may fail on slow machines
Status in ranger package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Status in ranger package in Debian:
New
Bug description:
The autopkgtests contain a "sleep 1" prior to the actual checks.
However, ranger may not start immediately which can mean that the
tests may run too soon.
