Bug description:
  Please sync lua-mediator 1.1.2-0-8 (universe) from Debian unstable
  (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Revert bootstrapping delta
    * Revert bootstrapping delta
    * Temporarily disable build-time tests, which depend on lua-system being
      available for lua 5.4.

  The changes were added and then removed, making the Ubuntu delta
  empty.
