Status in xilinx-bootgen package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  [Impact]
  Backport xilinx-bootgen (2022.1-1) to jammy

  [Test Plan]
Generate bootX.bin by xilinx-bootgen 2022.1-1 and check if system can boot without any problem.

  [Where problems could occur]
xilinx-bootgen is used for generate boot.bin. If system can boot with boot.bin, it should be a low-risk SRU.
