hart-software-services (2022.10-0ubuntu1~22.10) kinetic; urgency=medium

  * Backport to kinetic as part of hardware enablement for jammy
    (LP: #1997035)
  * Use new upstream release. All our patches are included. (LP: #1993528)
    We only package the payload generator which has the following upstream
    release changes:
    - ability added to override context boot image name in YAML
    - deprecated OpenSSL APIs replaced by current API

Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

  We want to bring support for the PolarFire Icicle Kit board to Jammy.

  The hart-software-services package is build dependency for U-Boot for
  the board.

  [ Test Plan ]

  Build U-Boot using the package and try booting the board.

  [ Where problems could occur ]

  Building U-Boot might fail.

  The PolarFire Icicle Kit might not boot. U-Boot for other boards does
  not depend on the package.
