Add Mediatek AIoT i1200 support

No support for Mediatek AIoT i1200 board.

[Test Case]
Install flash-kernel on Mediatek AIoT i1200 board. Run "sudo flash-kernel" to generate image.fit. The system should be able to boot successfully after reboot.

[Regression Potential]
Add Mediatek AIoT i1200 support. There will not be any regression.
