   * Support thermald on Raptor Lake CPU.

   * Use a machine with a Raptor Lake cpu.

   * systemctl status thermald

   * Status of thermald should be `running`

  [Where problems could occur]

   * This change is to add support for Raptor Lake in thermald, which
  won't impact other hardware.
