Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Drop python2 support in ubuntu too, no reverse-dependencies
    left, and blocking python-nose removal
  * Drop python2 support in ubuntu too, no reverse-dependencies

  * Drop python2 support in ubuntu too, no reverse-dependencies

  * Restore the Python2 package.

  * No-change rebuild to generate dependencies on python2.

Ubuntu delta was reverted and is now effectively empty.
