Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Fix ftbfs with GCC 10.
  * Rebuild against new libbotan-2-13.
  * Rebuild against new libbotan-2-13.
  * No change rebuild against new botal2.12 ABI
  * No change rebuild against new botal2.12 ABI
  * No-change rebuild against libbotan-2-9
  * No-change rebuild against libbotan-2-9
  * No-change rebuild against libbotan-2-9
  * No-change rebuild against libbotan-2-8

The GCC10-fix is now included (). I did a successful test build of the package with
pull-debian-source biboumi
debuild -us -uc
on my Hirsute system
