  Please sync arachne-pnr 0.1+20190728gitc40fb22-2 (universe) from
  Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Merge with Debian: remaining changes:
      - Drop too strict version comparison.

  The patch has been added to the lastest version of the Debian package.
