  ftbfs with py3.10

Status in pyqt5 package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  pyqt5 will fail in autopkgtest like so:
  ModuleNotFoundError: No module named '_dbus_bindings'

  Pulling in new dbus-python allows the build to get further but then
  fails to install due to missing debug packages.

  Let's drop the test of the debug packages since that's what's going on
  in other packages.
