You have been subscribed to a public bug by Ubuntu Foundations Team Bug Bot (crichton):

As part of the installation, the XRT package should create the vendor-
specific /etc/OpenCL/vendor/xilinx.icd file. The contents of the file
should be:

libxilinxopencl.so

This provides support for the Installable Client Driver (ICD) model as
described here: https://github.com/KhronosGroup/OpenCL-ICD-Loader

Applications can then be built using -lOpenCL instead of linking to the
xilinx-specific libxilinxopencl.so.
