  Please sync sshguard 2.3.1-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Drop Ubuntu delta and use nftables
    * Drop Ubuntu delta and use nftables
    * Drop Ubuntu delta and use nftables
    * Fix path to iptables binaries in the .service unit. LP: #1884848
    * Revert to use iptables which is default in Ubuntu:
      - Revert "Use nft instead iptables"
      - Revert "Change firewall backend to nftables"
      - Revert "Remove iptables from Depends"
    * Revert to use iptables which is default in Ubuntu:
      - Revert "Use nft instead iptables"
      - Revert "Change firewall backend to nftables"
      - Revert "Remove iptables from Depends"

  
  Delta is effectively empty, newer version can be synced.
